Hi! My name is Giorgia and I created this blog for you! I am from Italy, grew up in Switzerland, and am currently living and working in San Francisco as a full-time baker. I started baking in high school, and as my passion developed, I decided to attend Johnson & Wales University which I graduated from with degrees in Baking & Pastry Arts and Food Service Management. I have worked in various restaurants and bakeries around the world, including Zurich, Switzerland, Los Angeles, New York, and San Francisco. Despite working in a kitchen over 40 hours a week, I can never get enough of baking.
My favorite pastries to bake: Pies, Tarts, Pastry Cream, and Scones.
My favorite flavors to work with: Almond and Lemon. Period.
